This project converted roughly 220 m² of an operating bakery into a medical clinic and pharmacy — a Part 11 change of use completed while relocating the bakery's retail counter so the business could keep running throughout construction. The new space includes reception and waiting, four exam rooms, a dispensary, a compounding room, and a universal barrier-free washroom with emergency call, power door operator, and adult change table, all separated by new one-hour fire separations using ULC-listed assemblies. A reworked storefront gives the clinic its own dedicated street entrance.

This project combined two plaza units into a 110 m² community pharmacy with an attached medical clinic. The pharmacy side includes a dispensary with separate drop-off and pick-up counters and a non-hazardous compounding room, alongside an acoustically private consultation room. The clinic side includes an accessible exam room, a second exam room, a doctor's office, and a treatment room, plus a universal accessible washroom with emergency call.
